My hair is not so dark (lighter brown), but definitely had very pale skin and blue eyes. Browns look great and I personally think using Almay Eye Color Television (Intense iColor, they are now called - "Play the Blues" and "Get the Blues"), because the combination of brown and blue on a job well partner with each other. If you with something, go dark with various shades of brown with a brown eyeliner. Just a little eyeliner can really blue eyes from his head, without the obvious. Most people overestimate eyeliner.
