HELP WITH MOUTH, TONGUE AND GUM ULCERS!!!? - gum ulcers lupus

I recently received a small parcel of ulcers on my lips I woke up the next day and I have some on my tongue, the next day, it took a little in my gums ... They seem to be under the individual tooth. It's so embarrassing .. Twice already, and the doctors say do not sleep in their cause PROPLY? CAN ANYONE justify? Can someone tell me to get rid of good things I can not brush their teeth, so badly! How long has to go?
